Mr. Susman brings 20 years of successful and diverse background in real estate and wealth management catering to the needs of HNW and UHNW managing multi million dollar accounts.

 

 Mr. Susman is in charge of the company’s day to day activities and property management execution. In addition, in charge of all financing and fund raising activities of the firm and tasked with all Investor relations including the quarterly and annual reporting.

Throughout his career Mr. Susman has held executive positions covering real estate finance, operations, development and acquisition and was heavily Involved in all strategy, policy, operational and investment decisions including land acquisition, due diligence, asset and property management initiatives with a strong track record of effectively acquiring properties with the greatest possibility for maximum ROI. Researched, analyzed and evaluated deal feasibility, market strength and ricing/valuation structure for real estate transactions.
