Mr. Vilenko boasts 15+ years of expertise in real estate investments, covering acquisitions, due diligence and asset management. He has held executive positions in private equity, real estate, structured finance, and investment banking. With over 150 successful acquisitions and dispositions of various properties worth over $1BN, he leads The Company's investments, overseeing all aspects of property acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to his current role, Mr. Vilenko served as Chief Investment Officer at Gaia Real Estate, a prominent NYC private equity real estate investment firm. He is also a member of the NYS Bar.
Mr. Ben-Shabat has 15+ years of experience in real estate investments, acquisitions and development, with 10 years in senior executive roles in public companies and private equity firms focused on private equity real estate and technology. He deployed over $200M of equity in U.S and Australian real estate, yielding an average IRR of 20%+. Mr. Ben-Shabat has extensive capital raising experience for private and public companies and holds an MBA from Manchester University.
Mr. Susman brings 20 years of experience in real estate and wealth management, serving HNW and UHNW clients with multi-million dollar accounts. He manages the company's daily activities, property management, financing and fundraising, and investor relations. Throughout his career, he held executive positions in real estate finance, operations, development, and acquisition, with a strong track record of acquiring properties for maximum ROI. He is a FINRA licensed professional with Series 7, 63, and 66, as well as a 2-15 Insurance Agent License, Real Estate Sales Brokers License, and Mortgage LO License.
